Susannah Dellinger is a retail visionary and founder reshaping who gets to win in beauty, and how.

As the CEO of Bright Beauty Collective, she leads the gold-standard retail field agency for purpose-led beauty brands breaking into retailers like Sephora, Bluemercury, Ulta, and Nordstrom. Her team turns underdog brands into in-store powerhouses by building brand love, driving sales, and creating a ripple effect of representation on retail shelves.

Her mission is to radically shift who gets to lead and be seen in this industry. She believes the future of beauty is multicultural, multigenerational, and deeply human. That true beauty shows up when we all see ourselves reflected. Because if you can change beauty, a multi-billion-dollar global industry that touches every culture, identity, and age group, you can, in fact, change the world.

After two decades in luxury beauty, where she ran national sales teams for some of the industry’s hottest brands, Susannah saw how just a handful of massive corporations, mostly led by white, straight men, owned almost every brand on shelf. They didn’t just dominate retail, they absorbed every unique voice that emerged. Beauty became homogenized. Diluted. She realized she had a rare combination of experience and conviction to course-correct, and to build a counterbalance in one of the most influential industries in the world.

Susannah launched Bright Beauty Collective at her kitchen table during the pandemic while raising a one-and-a-half-year-old, without outside capital, a business degree, or a blueprint. In under 36 months, she scaled it into a multimillion-dollar international agency. Now she’s taking that same vision and fire into retail tech, redefining what it means to be a founder in a male-dominated space.

With a background in theater, retail, and storytelling, Susannah is now one of the industry’s boldest amplifiers, turning quiet, underestimated founders into retail superheroes who can stand toe-to-toe with the Lauders and L'Oréals of the world, and changing what beauty looks like in the biggest retailers on the planet.
